Onca Vega Editorial Imprint started as a practical decision that grew into something bigger. A book deserved its own imprint, and that imprint ended up opening its doors to other authors going through the same thing, unaware a path already existed.

We don't publish genres — we publish literature capable of making something detonate inside the reader. Cosmic horror, science fiction, supernatural terror: they're the vehicle, not the destination.

There, every book works as a threshold — and the decision to cross it always rests on the reader's courage.

I'm a Mechatronics engineer and a professional developer for over eight years — backend, frontend, serverless architectures, teams inside and outside Mexico. This very site is proof of that: layers talking to each other without the effort behind it ever showing.

What sustains that work isn't just the stack, it's a relationship with difficulty: when something gets complicated, I don't avoid it, I push harder to understand it. It's the same discipline I've practiced in my body for years, first in martial arts, now in calisthenics — the same demand, a different language.

Engineer by day, writer underneath — the same person solving different problems.

This portal doesn't have a finished product yet — and I'd rather say that plainly than fill it with empty promises. What it does have is a real queue of ideas already thought through: management tools for people running events and businesses, AI experiments applied to real processes, and more ambitious spaces where the playful and the technical cross paths.

Validating an idea conceptually is also working on it — deciding its scope, discarding what doesn't work, understanding who it solves something for before writing the first line of code. This very site, and above all our own publishing imprint (with its own database, user roles, admin panel, and deployment pipeline), is proof that these ideas don't stay sketches when it's their turn to become something real.

What hasn't been built yet is also being built.
